Who We Are

Triumphant Services is a behavioral health and mental health management company providing services at St. Bernadette Community Clinic in Lafayette, LA. We administer services to people in specific groups including homeless individuals, people assigned to court mandated programs, military veterans, uninsured individuals, and more.
Meet Our Medical Staff

Michael S. Blue, MD
Dr. Michael Blue is a licensed, board-certified psychiatrist with 16 years or experience in various clinical settings. He is the medical director and chief executive officer of Visions for Better Health, and is an assistant professor of psychiatry at Tulane University School of Medicine.

Cheryl Henry-Smith, APRN
A licensed nurse practitioner. Cheryl Henry-Smith holds advanced degrees in adult psychiatric mental health and family mental health. She has more than a decade of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, including treatment of substance abuse patients and medication management.

Dr. Blue and his staff will direct and manage each patient's individual treatment plan.
